Event Payment Policy

Event Payments for ALL teams – Very Important!

Payment is always expected at the time of entry. We allow entry without payment for teams who:

  • Pay by Venmo/Check (These teams are expected to remit Venmo payment immediately and send check payment promptly)
  • Use their organization’s card which they do not have access to
  • Who are traveling to a destination and will pay when they arrive at that destination

We send payment reminders as a courtesy. You will not always receive a payment reminder.

In spring, we will not send as many payment reminders. Events fill up quickly, and our office gets extremely busy. Ultimately it is the manager’s/coach’s responsibility to ensure that your event is paid for.

Please check SPAM folders for any communications and add us to the safe senders list before spring begins.

  • The last team to enter a division will be the first team to be removed if left unpaid
  • All unpaid teams will be moved to a waitlist in favor of paid teams.
  • The last paid team will receive the 4th game in the event of an odd number of teams

In the event of a 4th game, only the first 3 games are included in seeding. The 4th game does not count in that team’s standings, and the team playing the 4th game does not pay umpire fees.
